Sundry — Privacy Policy

Sundry (“the app”) is made by Toolwright (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information Sundry collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@toolwright.studio.

What we collect

• Your email address. When you sign in, you provide an email address. We use it to send you a one-time sign-in code and to identify your account. We do not use it for marketing.
• The items you track. The household and personal-care items you choose to add, along with their replacement intervals and the dates you mark them replaced. This is stored so your list is saved to your account.

We do not collect your name, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. Sundry contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

How we use your information

• To provide the core function of the app: saving the items you track and reminding you when they are due for replacement.
• To authenticate your sign-in.

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not route your notifications through our servers or build a profile from them.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate Sundry. They process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments:

• Supabase — hosts our database and authentication. Your email address and the items you track are stored here.
• Resend — delivers the email containing your one-time sign-in code.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the app as described above, or if required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@toolwright.studio, and we will delete it within a reasonable period.

Security

We protect your data using row-level security and encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

Children

Sundry is rated for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@toolwright.studio.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above.
